Manna is dedicated to crafting Nordic Cuvées from apple and quince, with a focus on the pure expression of the fruit.
Founded in Copenhagen in 2023 and inspired by New Nordic Cuisine, the cuvées are made from locally grown fruit and vinified close to the orchards.
