The Manna philosophy

We are dedicated to crafting natural Nordic Wine made from apple and quince that offers the purest expression of the fruits, free from sulfites and other preservatives.

Founded in Copenhagen in 2023 and inspired by the New Nordic Cuisine Manifesto, Manna aims to pair Nordic Wine with the best Scandinavian dishes.

Manna produces Nordic wine from locally grown fruit, cultivated in the Zealand countryside and vinified just a few miles from the orchards.

Today, high-quality wine is often transported across the globe before reaching consumers, significantly increasing its carbon footprint and contributing to global climate change.

At Manna, we believe that it is possible to produce exceptional wine locally, thus minimizing transportation emissions and lessening the strain on our global climate. By focusing on local production, we aim to set a new standard for sustainability in the wine industry.
