The 2023/2024 vintage of our Nordic Wines showcases the elegant and distinctive characteristics of apple and quince.

Carnelian features Belle de Boskoop apples with a subtle touch of quince, Topaz blends Pineapple Renet apples with a generous infusion of quince, while Zircon is made entirely from quince for a truly unique tasting experience.

Each wine is still and completely dry, designed to complement and elevate New Nordic Cuisine to yet another level.
